Stairway to Recovery in the Treatment of Bulimia and Binge Eating Disorder is a self help programme with guided help. Stairway to Recovery is a 4 month programme in the treatment of Bulimia Nervosa and Binge Eating Disorder. We offer a 4 month programme in total to 6 people.

For more information and a complete pack please call / email Marg on: (01482) 718130 WALKING ON EGGSHELLS - WORKSHOPS FOR CARERS An eating disorder has a profound affect on everyone who is part of the sufferer’s life. Carer’s often feel that they are walking on eggshells in order that they say the right thing or do the right thing. The workshops are based on Skills Based Learning by Prof Janet Treasure and Grannie Smith. The workshops are delivered within 1 full day 9.30am to 3.30pm approximately, and a 2 hour follow-up 6 weeks later. Let us support you in learning new skills.
